| PrivoCorp provides end to end, HVCC compliant solutions to Appraisal Management Companies (AMC) that provide their customers with appraisals online. We utilize our customer’s platform (or offer you our own) to completely process and enable the fulfillment of your appraisal orders in a seamless manner. This allows our customers to sign up new brokers and lenders while we take care of all other tasks including payment processing through our own gateway in conjunction with leading payment gateway companies.
While we believe in providing customized services to our clients, here are a list of tasks we have been providing to our clients
- Payment Processing through PrivoCorp’s payment gateway – this includes reconciliation of charges that have been made on borrower credit cards and ensuring that deposits have been made in the bank at regular intervals
- Reviewing orders from our Client’s customers for accuracy and checking for credit card authorization approvals
- Identifying of Appraisers in the Borrower’s geography to ensure most accurate appraisals
- Follow up with Appraisers at regular (pre-defined) intervals to make sure the appraisal is done in a timely manner
- Interaction with Appraiser to ensure their task is completed per the requirements and also ensure Appraiser is paid on time.
- Interaction with Borrowers to make sure they understand their responsibility and confirmation of
In addition we also perform Pre-Origination Value (POV) to help our clients customers not have to spend money until they really need to, prior to an origination.
